Overview Paul E Sutter
Attorney Paul E Sutter is the senior partner in the law firm of SutterWilliams, LLC. In 1972, Attorney Sutter was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and began his legal career. In 1974, he joined a predecessor of SutterWilliams, LLC, and has since practiced exclusively in Federal Black Lung and Pennsylvania workers’ compensation claims for 50 years.
Education
Attorney Paul E Sutter earned a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals – Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has been acknowledged in “Best Lawyers in America” and “Best Lawyers in Pittsburgh” and has an AV Peer review rating by Martindale Hubbell. Specifically, he has participated in many educational seminars in regard to coal workers’ pneumoconiosis as it relates to both the State Workers’ Compensation and Federal Black Lung Programs.
