Industry Recognition

Twenty years ago, Toni was asked by her peers to accept the important responsibility of being a co-author on Pennsylvania’s most widely read resource on the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law – “Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation – Practice & Procedure”.

Over the course of those two decades, she has been one of three defense attorneys, along with three claimant attorneys and a sitting judge, editing the text and reviewing trends in the law as they have unfolded.

Most Pennsylvania attorneys who practice Workers’ Compensation law rely on this publication to guide the representation of their clients.

For years, Toni has been recognized by her peers as a highly esteemed attorney in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.  In 2019, Toni was inducted as a fellow in the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers; an organization established to honor those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice in the field of Workers’ Compensation.
